摘　　要：目的探讨经腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗引流的适应证及术中操作要点。方法回顾性总结分析该院1995年11月～2004年11月12例先天性肝囊肿患者行经腹腔镜开窗引流的临床资料。结果12例肝囊肿患者经腹腔镜开窗引流,其中10例手术顺利,经随访观察囊肿消失,效果满意,1例右肝膈顶部囊肿术后仅缩小2/3,1例右肝膈顶部囊肿术中操作困难而中转剖腹行囊肿开窗引流治愈。结论先天性肝囊肿行腹腔镜开窗引流,只要适应证选择恰当,该法操作方便,创伤小,痛苦轻,恢复快,效果可靠。[Objective] To explore indication and rey of sriU of open drainage treament by laparoscope of liver cyst. [Methods] We analyzed and suammarized clinical material of 12 paitents with congenital liver cyst, who were treated by open drainage from Nov 1995 to Nov 2004 in the hospital. [Results] 12 patients were treated by open drainage and operation of 9 patients were smrooth. Liver cyst disappeared after operation. Fllow-up showed satisfactory results. Liver cyst of one patient disappeared only 2/3 after operation. One patient with liver cyst that lied to top of right liver was treated by open surgery, because it was difficult to operate. [Conclusion] As long as the indication is chosen appropriately, open drainage treatment of congenital liver cyst by laparoseope shows many advantages, such as easy operation, litlle wound, light ache, fast resume, and effective result.
