摘　　要：目的:探讨DNA倍体、AgNOR计数与放射敏感细胞对宫颈癌的诊断价值,分析和评价三项指标对选择放疗及判定疗效的意义。方法:46例临床拟诊为宫颈癌的患者放疗前测DNA倍体、AgNOR计数,行细胞学和病理学检查确诊,于放疗中、后测DNA倍体、AgNOR计数和细胞学、病理学检查,观察宫颈细胞的放射反应变化和判断放疗效果。结果:DNA倍体的异倍体量与宫颈癌的异型性和放射敏感性成正相关;AgNOR计数与宫颈癌病理分级和放射敏感性成正相关。细胞学放疗前、后诊断与病理学对比分析,其敏感性为100%,特异性为95.65%,其敏感细胞和反应细胞能客观反映宫颈癌的放疗敏感程度和放疗效果。结论:DNA倍体、AgNOR计数与细胞学检查可以作为宫颈癌定性和分级诊断的客观依据,可以作为选择放疗和判定疗效的客观指标,三者联合应用对宫颈癌的诊断与判定疗效意义更大。Objective： To discuss the value of DNA ploidy , AgNOR count and radiation sensitive cell on diagnosis of cervical carcinoma, and analyse the significance of these three parameters to radiation therapy and assessing the curative effect. Methods： In the patients pre-diagnosed as cervical carcinoma the DNA ploidy, AgNOR count were detected and the cytopathology and histopathology were examined before, during and after radiation therapy to observe the cervical cells＇ alteration and assess the curative effect. Results： The abnormal DNA ploidy had a parallel relationship with the heteromorphism and radiosensitivity of the cervical carcinoma, and the AgNOR count had same the relationship with the gradation and radiosensitivity of the cervical carcinoma. The specificity and sensitivity of the cytopathology before and after the radiation therapy were 95. 65% and 100%, and the sensitive cell could present the radiation therapy＇s sensitivity and curative effect objectively. Conclusion：The DNA ploidy, AgNOR count and cytopathology test can be used as an objective indication in grading and diagnosing the cervical carcinoma, selecting radiation therapy and assessing the curative effect. It will be of more significance to combine these three indications together in diagnosing and curing the Cervical Carcinoma.
