介入治疗肺癌57例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究中期肺癌BAI+BACE的临床疗效与价值。方法57例经X线、CT、MRI、内窥镜及病理组织学证实为中晚期肺癌的病例,对肿瘤供血动脉行超选择性DSA检查并BAI+BACE治疗。结果经BAI+BACE治疗后,全部病例临床症状均明显改善。鳞癌缓解率为78.6%,非鳞癌总缓解率为44.8%;中央型与周围型总缓解率分别为74.4%和27.8%;富血供型的缓解率是70.0%,而乏血供型的缓解率仅为35.3%。结论BAI+BACE对治疗失去手术机会的中晚期肺癌是一有效的治疗手段,近中期疗效明显,有着广泛的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect and Value of BAI ＋ BAE therapy on middle and late lung Carcinoma. Methods 57 cases of patients with lung carcinoma were confirmed by X - my examination,CT, MRI, endoscope and histopathology. The DSA （digital substraction angiography） angiography of tumor blood supply was carried out through super - seletive introduction and then treated by BAI ＋ BACE threapy. Results The symptoms of all the cases were improved obviously after supply was carried out through super - seletive introduction and then treated by BAI ＋ BACE threapy. The response rote of squamous cell undifferentiated carcinoma was 78.6%, non - squamous 44.8% ;the response rote of the central tumors and the lung periphery were separately 74.4% and 27.8% ;the response rote of more blood provision was 70.0%, but less blood provision was 35.3 %. Conclusion BAI ＋ BAE is a kind of safe and efficient therapy for the middle and late period lung carcinoma which have lost opportunity of operation. Its short and middle term effect is obvious. And BAI ＋ BACE therapy is worth applying and popularizing in the clinic.
