摘　　要：目的研究survivin mRNA在食管癌中的表达,探讨该基因在食管癌形成和预后中的意义。方法采用RT-PCR技术检测38例食管鳞癌及对应的正常组织survivin mRNA的表达。结果73.7%(28/38)食管鳞癌组织检测到survivin mRNA的阳性表达,显著高于正常组织(P<0.05),其中低分化鳞癌组的表达率高于高/中分化鳞癌组(P<0.05),而与年龄、性别、淋巴结转移和临床分期无关。结论survivin的高表达在食管鳞癌的发生、发展和预后中起重要作用。临床上检测食管鳞癌有否survivin mR-NA的表达,有助于识别食管癌恶性程度的高低,并可用于估计食管癌的预后。Objective To explore expression of survivin mRNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the role in carcinogenesis and prognosis of the cancer. Methods We analyzed survivin mRNA expression in esophageal squamous cell tissues and the corresponding normal tissues by reverse transcriptase - polymerase chain reaction （RT- PCR）. Results The results showed that survivin mRNA expression was detected in 28 of 38 esophageal squamous cell cancer samples and was significantly higher than that in normal tissues （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Expression of survivin mRNA was higher significantly in low - differentiated group than well and moderate differentiated group, without significant difference in age, gender, lymph node metastasis and stage. Conclusions Our data indicated that elevated expression of survivin mRNA may probably play a significant role in the development and prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinomas. Detection of survivin mRNA provided us with important prognostic and biological information regarding esophageal squamous cell cancer patients.
