摘　　要：目的探讨cyclinE在鼻咽癌中的表达及其与鼻咽癌生物学行为的关系,寻找预测鼻咽癌预后的相关因子,为鼻咽癌的个体化治疗提供理论依据。方法应用流式细胞技术DNA/cyclins双参数法,检测46例经病理检查证实的鼻咽癌患者新鲜肿瘤组织中cyclinE的表达,所有数据应用SPSS软件包行χ2检验。结果cyclinE有23例(53.5%)表达阳性,与组织类型、淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关,而与性别不相关。结论cyclinE阳性表达与鼻咽癌的不良生物学行为有关,可作为提示鼻咽癌患者预后的指标。Objective To evaluate the relationship between the expression of cyclinE and the biological behavior of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, Methods Mutiparameter flow cytometry （ FCM ） was used to detect the expression of cyclinE from 46 fresh specimens with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Clinicopathological data were analysed by chi-square test. Results Of 43 NPC cases ,23 cases were positive for cyclinE. The expression of cyclinE was correlated with histopathological type ,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage but not with sex. Conclusion Positive expression of cyclinE seemed to indicate unfavorable biological behavior. It can be used as a negative prognostic factor.
