离子色谱法同时测定煮糖罐垢中硫和磷含量

摘　　要：提出了用离子交换-电导检测离子色谱法测定煮糖罐积垢中主要阴离子的方法。选用9mmol／L NaOH溶液作为淋洗液，流速为1．00mL／min，可同时准确测定SO4^2-和PO4^3-含量。此方法相关性好（r≥0．9997），样品加标回收率分别为100．0％～102．2％和100．6％-103．4％，检出限分别为0．030μg／mL和0．048μg／mL。与国标法对比结果表明，该方法的准确度高，重现性好，操作简便。An ion-exchange chromatographic method was established to measure major anions in scale deposited in vacuum pan. 9 mmol/L of NaOH solution was selected as the eluent, and the contents of SO4^2- and PO4^3- could be determined exactly at a flow rate of 1.00 mL/min. It showed that this method had a good correlation （ r ≥ 0.999 7 ）, the added standard recovery was 100.0% - 102.2% and 100.6% - 103.4%, respectively, and the detection limit was 0.030 μg/mL and 0.048 μg/mL, respectively. Compared with the results of national standard, the ion-exchange chromatography had better accuracy and reproducibility and it was easy to operate.
