摘  要:目的研究微生物细胞对天麻素的转化作用。方法采用静息细胞转化法,对天麻素进行转化,并通过理化性质和波谱分析鉴定转化产物的结构。结果转化产物经NMR,EI-MS等的测定证明为天麻苷元(对羟基苯甲醇)。结论利用兰色梨头霉Absidia coerulea3.338 9的静息细胞转化天麻素,在底物质量浓度为2.8 mg/mL,pH 6,28℃条件下转化48 h,转化率可达95.7%。Aim To study the transformation mechanisms of gastrodin by microorganism. Methods Gastrodin was biocatalyzed into p-hydroxy-benzyl alcohol using resting cell techniques. The product was obtained by chromatography, and characterized on the basis of its physical and spectral data. Results The product was identified as p-hy- droxy-benzyl alcohol on the basis of its 1 H, 13 CNMR and El-MS spectral data. Conclusion Gastrodin was biotransformed by resting cell of Absidia coerulea. The optimal transforming condition was investigated: 20 g resting cell (wet weight) incubated at 28℃ for 48 hours, in a 500 mL flask containing 150 mL of medium, resulted in a product with a transformation rate closed to 100 per cent by adding 2. 8 mg/mL substrate.
