摘　　要：独立学院在我国发展速度较快,但如何区别出其本身与母体的特色之处,如学院定位、办学理念、专业设置、培养方式等,是当前仍在研究的问题。西安科技大学高新学院是一所新建独立学院,在办学竞争激烈的格局下,学院积极探索应用型人才培养模式,突破单一课堂理论教学,开展"两段制培养模式",深化"1+N复合型人才"等人才培养模式。The independent college is developed rapidly,but how to distinguish itself from the founder of university is its characteristic,such as the orientation,educational idea,specialty setting,cultivation mode,etc..Under the competitive situation,the Gaoxin College of Xian University of Science ＆ Technology,which newly setup,should explore the cultivation mode of the application talent,break through the theoretical teaching,develop the ＂two phase cultivation mode＂ and deepen the mode of ＂1＋N compound talent＂ etc.
