摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)在大肠癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化技术检测15例正常大肠黏膜、27例大肠腺瘤及81例大肠癌组织中VEGF、MMP-7表达。结果VEGF、MMP-7在大肠正常黏膜、腺瘤及癌组织中的表达逐渐增高、增强,两两比较P均<0.01。结论VEGF、MMP-7在大肠正常黏膜发展到腺瘤及癌的过程中具有重要作用,可作为预测组织癌变的因子;降低VEGF及MMP-7表达和活性可能成为抗肿瘤转移治疗的一个新途径。[Objective] To explore the significance of VEGF,MMP-7 expression in NM, Ad, and CC. [Methods] Immunohistochemical staining was used to examine expression of VEGF, MMP-7 among 15 cases of NM, 27 cases of Ad and 81 cases of CC paraffin-embedded specimens. Rank sum test was used to analyze the expressions of VEGF and MMP- 7. [ Results] The expression of both VEGF and MMP-7 from NM to Ad to CC appeared upward tendency . The significant differences of VEGF and MMP-7 expression were present in any two groups. [ Conclusion] VEGF and MMP-7 play impor tant roles in the occurrence of CC, they would be prognostic factors of carcinogenesis. Decreasing the activity of VEGF, MMP-7 might he a new pathway for CC treatment.
