机用去冠器与手动去冠器临床效果对比研究

摘　　要：目的比较机用去冠器与手动去冠器在拆除固定烤瓷全冠、桥方面的差异。方法选择需要拆除烤瓷全冠、桥的牙齿114颗,随机分为机动组和手动组,分别采用机用去冠器和手动去冠器拆冠,比较其拆除烤瓷全冠的成功率及拆除烤瓷全冠后对烤瓷冠颈缘的破坏率。结果机用组拆除烤瓷全冠的成功率高于手动组(P<0.01),而且机用组对所拆烤瓷全冠颈缘的破坏率低于手动去冠器组(P<0.01)。结论机用去冠器在拆除烤瓷全冠及保护烤瓷全冠颈缘方面优于手动去冠器,值得临床推广。[ Objective ] To compare the differences between the mechanized crown remover and manual crown remov- er in taking off porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns during two-year prosthetic practice. [ Methods ] 114 tooth with porcelainfused-to-metal crowns were divided into two groups randomly. Each group was treated by mechanized crown remover or manual crown remover respectively. [ Results ] The proportion of crowns which were taken off successfully in mechanized crown remover group was higher than that in manual crown remover group （P 〈0.01 ）. In those crowns which had been taken off, the proportion of crowns whose cervical margin were damaged in mechanized crown remover group was lower than that in manual crown group （P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] The mechanized crown remover is better than the manual crown remover in protecting cervical margin of porcelain-fused-to-metals and taking off porcelain-fused-to-metals.
