摘　　要：胡锦涛总书记提出的以"八荣八耻"为主要内容的社会主义荣辱观,是建设和谐校园文化的重要指引,在价值取向、发展理念、促进手段等方面二者具有内在的统一性。新时期校园文化建设必须以现代荣辱观教育为导向,建设优良的校风、教风和学风;以现代荣辱观教育为动力,创造鲜明、自然、和谐的校园文化环境;以现代荣辱观教育为内涵,开展丰富多彩、健康向上的校园文化建设活动。The socialistic concept of ＂honors and shames＂ raised by Chairman Hu is an important guide to constructing harmonious campus. Both of the concept and construction have an internal unity in the way of value choices, developing sense, promoting means etc. The cultural construction of campus in the new periods must be guided by the pedagogy of modem concept of what honors and shames to build good school spirit, teaching spirit and learning spirit and develop bright, natural and harmonious campus cultural circumstance with motive force of the modem of what honors and shames to carry out some rich, colorful and sound campus cultural activities.
