摘　　要：基于AVR单片机,设计了介电数值测试系统,试验过程实现了计算机数字化采集,精度高,安全可靠。The thesis introduces the control system of permittiivity testing, which mainly bases on AVR single chip microcomputer. The data acquisition by the computer during testing has realized reliably and with accuracy.
