摘  要:雪白链霉菌SPRI-10885菌株的发酵代谢产物对多种阔叶杂草和禾本科杂草具有显著的除草活性,通过溶剂萃取、柱层析分离、HPLC等手段,从中分离得到5个主要活性物质。经过质谱、核磁共振等分析,确定10885-Ⅰ分子质量为453、分子式为C18H23N5O9、10885-Ⅱ分子质量为535、分子式为C23H29N5O10、10885-Ⅲ分子质量为551、分子式为C23H29N5O11;另外两个分子质量分别为254和270,分子式分别为C15H10O4和C15H10O5。综合各种谱图分析确定前3个化合物的结构分别与文献报道的除草素herbicidin B、F、A相同,后两个与大豆异黄酮类物质三羟基异黄酮(genistein)、黄豆甙原(daidzein)一致。The metabolites of Streptomyces niveus SPRI-10885 showed strong herbicidal activity against various broad-leaved and grass weed. With the help of solvents extraction, silica gel chromatograph and HPLC, five active compounds were purified from the ferment broth. According to the MS and NMR spectra data, the molecular formula of the compounds were confirmed as C18H23N5O9, C23H29N5O10, C23H29N5O11, C15H10O4, C15H10O5, Compared with the known compounds in literatures and compounds database, the structures of 10885- Ⅰ, 10885- Ⅱ and 10885-Ⅲ were as same as herbicidin B, herbicidin F and herbicidin A, the structures of 10885-Ⅳ and 10885-Ⅴ were confirmed as genistein and daidzein.
