摘  要:目的合成磁性壳聚糖微球并将其应用于Walker-256大鼠移植性肝癌模型治疗研究。方法将荷瘤大鼠分3组:生理盐水组、阿霉素组及载阿霉素磁性壳聚糖微球组,门静脉给药;对各组动物进行生存率分析以及给药前后白细胞和血小板计数分析。结果载药磁性壳聚糖加磁场治疗组较生理盐水和阿霉素治疗组生存期明显延长(P<0.05),并可以部分抑制阿霉素对骨髓干细胞的损伤作用。结论靶向治疗明显减轻了阿霉素的骨髓抑制毒性,显著延长了荷瘤大鼠的寿命。Aim To prepare magnetic chitosan nanoparticles to absorb doxorubicin and study the effects of this drug delivery system on liver cancer model of rat.Methods The cancer model was established and normal saline,the solution of DOX,and DOX-MCNP were injected respectively via portal vein in rat bearing cancer,which had been divided into three groups at random.Results It showed that the mean survial period of DOX-MCNP group(43 days) was prolonged significantly(P〈0.05) compared to the control group of NS(27 days) and DOX group(27 days).Conclusion It was concluded that the treatment by injecting DOX-MCNP through portal vein under the guidance of an external magnetic field is significantly effective to the liver cancer of rat.
