摘  要:目的:研究新生鼠在缺氧缺血性脑损伤(hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)时一氧化氮合酶(nitric ox-ide synthase,NOS)阳性终末在大脑皮质分布数量的变化以及它们与皮质微血管的关系。方法:以10只7日龄SD新生鼠建立缺氧缺血性脑损伤模型(HIE组),于模型制作后即刻取鼠脑固定,然后将大脑皮质作冠状冷冻切片,NAD-PH-d组化染色,计数大脑皮质内NOS阳性终末及附着于血管壁的NOS阳性终末数目;对照组为10只同日龄SD新生鼠。结果:与对照组相比,HIE组大脑皮质NOS阳性终末数量显著增加(P<0.01),且分布至血管壁的终末亦增加(P<0.01)。结论:大脑皮质内的NOS阳性终末纤维参与了缺氧缺血性脑损伤时皮质微循环的调节。Objective: To study the changes of distribution of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) containing terminals in neonatal rat cerebral microvessels with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods: The models of HIE of 7-day newborn SD rats were established, then they were perfusion-fixed, their brains were sectioned and stained by NADPH-d histochemistry. The numbers of NOS containing terminals in cere- bral cortex and NOS containing terminals associated with the cerebral microvessels were measured, which were compared with that of normal control group. Results: The result showed that, compared with normal rats, the numbers of NOS containing terminals were markedly increased in cerebral cortex with HIE (P 〈 0.01 ). Furthermore, the numbers of NOS containing terminals associated with the cerebral microvessels were also increased(P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion: The NOS containing terminals play partly a role in the regu- lation of the cerebral microcirculation in brain injury caused by hypoxia.
