高压氧并用血液磁极化治疗对持续性植物状态的促醒作用评价

摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧(HBO)并用血液磁极化(血磁)治疗对持续性植物状态(PVS)患者的促醒作用。方法50例PVS患者接受HBO、血磁及常规治疗,于出院时进行疗效评定,并分析病因、年龄、病程对疗效的影响。结果经综合治疗后,总有效率为82.0%,意识恢复率为28.0%。年龄、病程对治疗效果均有影响,年龄轻、病程短者意识恢复率高。结论HBO并用血磁治疗有助于PVS患者苏醒,早期、长疗程治疗是关键。Objective：To study the consciousness-promoted effect of hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） and blood magnetic therapy on persistent vegetate state（PVS）.Methods： 50 patients of PVS received HBO,blood magnetization and routine therapy.The therapeutic effect was evaluated at the time of leaving hospital,and the impact on the curative effect was analyzed about pathogeny,age and course of diseases.Results： After synthetic treatment,the effective rates and the consciousness recovery rates were 82.0﹪ and 28.0﹪.Age and course of diseases had an influence on the curative effect of HBO and blood magnetic therapy.The patients of the youngers and with less course of diseases had a higher consciousness recovery rate.Conclusion： Hyperbaric oxygen plus blood magnetic therapy helps the consciousness recovery of PVS patients.The principle of early and full period treatments should be applied.
