沙培林联合顺铂治疗恶性胸水临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨沙培林联合顺铂活疗恶性胸水的临床疗效。方法将收治的74例患者随机分为三组:治疗组采用沙培林加顺铂治疗,对照组分别单用顺铂治疗或单用沙培林治疗。结果沙培林联用顺铂治疗恶性胸水的疗效优于单用顺铂或单用沙培林,而且减少了单用顺铂的副作用。结论沙培林联合顺铂治提高了癌性胸腔积液的治疗效果,改善了患者的生存质量。Objective： To investigate the effective therapy of cancer accompanied with severe hydrothorax. Methods ： 74 patiens with severe hydrothorax of cancer cure in our department were observed. The clinical effects of streptococcus and cisplatin on these patients were evaluated. They were divided into three groups firstly, then these groups were treated with cisplatin, streptococcus, and cisplatin combined streptococcus respectively. Results： The resuls showed that the treatment with cisplatin combined streptococcus not only increased the clinical cure effects of patients with cancer accompanied severe hydrothorax but also relieved the side effects of eisplatin significantly. Conclusion： Streptococcus combined cisplatin iin-creases the therapeautie effect on cancer accompanied with severe hydrothoraxand and improves living quality of the patients.
