消化道出血DSA诊疗中影响图像质量因素的研究

摘　　要：目的研究数字减影血管造影(DSA)在消化道出血诊疗中影响图像质量的因素。方法使用日本日立公司DFA-100数字减影血管造影机对36例消化道出血的病人行腹腔动脉、肠系膜上动脉、肠系膜下动脉DSA检查,根据不同部位及需要对各种参数调节设定,使得到最佳图像,利于临床诊疗。结果36例病人中31例获得满意图像,明确了出血部位及原因,并行介入治疗,成功止血。5例未见阳性征象。结论消化道出血DSA诊疗中,DSA技术参数的合理设定是获得优质图像的关键,是介入诊疗的基础。Objective： To study the factors which may influence the DSA image quality in the examination of gastroin-testinal hemorrhage. Methods： Celiac, superior and inferior mesenteric arteries DSA were examined by HITACHI DFA-100 DSA. Technical data according to site and needing were adjusted, and better DSA image could be obtained. Results： 31 satisfied DSA images were obtained among 36, the bleeding site and cause were indentified, and the hemorrhage was successfully stopped through interventional therapy. Positive symtoms were not seen in 5 cases. Conclusion： Reasonable setting DSA technical data is the key to obtaining better image and the base of interventional examination in the DSA examination of gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
