摘　　要：操作系统厂商经常在ISO标准字符集之外添加一些特殊的字符,这些特殊字符不能为Java所识别,从而出现乱码。介绍了通过J2SE中Service Provider Interface编程接口实现自定义字符集编解码器,对特殊字符进行解码,来解决乱码问题的方法,并通过代码演示了实现字符集编解码器的步骤和所要考虑的问题。通过文中所描述的方法,可以无缝的将用户自定义字符集编解码器集成到Java运行环境中。The operating system manufacturers often need add some special characters into the ISO standard character sets. These special characters can not be recognized by Java, thus problems raised. This paper introduces a method to solve these problems, using the J2SE Service Provider Interface which can decode special characters to implement user-defined character set codec. Moreover, sample codes are given to demonstrate the steps to implement user- define character set codec. By this method, user- defined character set codec can be seamlessly integrated into the Java runtime environment.
