摘　　要：针对资源基础理论中的资源分类问题,根据经济发展特征提出一种新的资源分类。结合实证分析,将企业资源划分为MICK4大类,并澄清了新旧资源定义中易混淆部分。基于新资源分类研究成果构建了MICK-4FI资源运营模式,以帮助企业更有效运营资源。Aiming at the problem of resource classification in RBV （resource based view）, a new classification is proposed according to the special characteristics of the economic development. Based on a study of Empirical Resource classification, enterprise resources are classified into four kinds of MICK and the confusing part of the old and new definition of resources is also cleared. The newly established MICK-4FI Model can help enterprises use resources more efficiently.
