汽车行业BTO模式下缩短OTD时间的策略

摘　　要：在比较欧美和我国汽车行业的基础上,提出从缩短OTD提前期、建立客户响应型供应链、加强需求预测与管理、提高信息可视性和关系集成等方面优化OTD时间,并达到推动BTO模式有效实施的目的。Based on the comparison of the automobile industries in Europe, the United States and China, this paper proposes some OTD optimized methods, such as shortening the scheduled time of OTD, setting up a customer＇ s responsive supply chain, improving demand forecast and demand management and strengthening the visibility and relationship integration, the purpose of which is to put BTO production into practice.
