摘　　要：供应链联盟是一种新型的企业组织形式。主要以汽车制造业为例,对供应链联盟在西方国家产生的背景和成功经验进行了阐述,在此基础上分析了供应链联盟取得成功的关键因素,指出国内企业应该怎样建设供应链联盟。Supply chain alliance is a new enterprise organization. This article is based on the example of automobile mariufacturing, interprets the background and development of supply chain alliance in western countries. Based on this analysis of the key factors to its success, indicates domestic enterprises how to build their supply chain alliances.
