摘　　要：结合典型的并购经验研究的方法和结果,比较了并购绩效经验研究中经常使用的长期绩效研究法、事件研究法、诊断研究法和调查法等4种方法各自的含义与特点,同时考察了国外及国内并购经验研究对4种方法的运用情况,提出了在我国目前条件下适宜的研究方法的建议。Comparing four empirical study methodology, including long-term performance study, event study, clinical study, and survey study, which are often used in research of merger performance. With some literature examples employed those methodology, characters and use of those function are reviewed, and suggestion on how to choice suitable methodology for China data are involved in.
