摘　　要：Multisim 2001软件是专门用于电子电路仿真与设计的EDA工具软件,通过具体的实例分析Multisim 2001软件仿真设计实现N进制计数器产生竞争冒险现象的原因及解决的方法;同时详细介绍了采用整体复位并行进位级联进行仿真分析实现60进制计数器的方法;并从理论上分析了用仿真软件及硬件电路的实施整体置数法进行并行进位级联构成60进制计数器产生的错误原因。The Multisim 2001 software is special used for electronic circuit emulation and the EDA implement software designing,the paper is designed by the fact that the concrete example helps a student to grasp using Multisim 2001 software to simulate coming true enters cause and the method solving making a counter producing competition. The analysis having intro- duces that parallel carry level couplet is in progress detailedly adopt an entirety to reset simulating realizes 60hex counter method. Have analysed the wrong cause using simulated software and hardware circuit＇s to put entirety into practice purchasing a number following the creation carrying out parallel carry level couplet composing 60 hex counter theoretically.
