穴位封闭与通关汤联合治疗子宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的临床观察  

Clinical Observation on Tongguan Decoction plus Acupoint Block Therapy for Urine Retention after Radical Operation of Uterine Cervix Cancer

摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的防治措施。方法:将62例子宫颈癌根治术后患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,其中,治疗组32例患者,采用新斯的明足三里穴封闭联合通关汤防治尿潴留;对照组30例患者,采用常规留置及定时开放尿管方法治疗。结果:对照组治疗尿潴留的总有效率为66.67%,治疗组为93.75%,两组比较有极显著差异(P<0.01),平均住院时间对照组为(16±3.3)d,治疗组为(14±4.3)d,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:新斯的明足三里穴位注射,结合服用中药通关汤,为子宫颈癌术后并发尿潴留的一种有效防治方法,且无毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To probe the prevention and treatment measures for urine retention after radical operation of uterine cervix cancer. Methods：The 62 patients of uterine cervix cancer after radical operation were randomized into two groups, 32 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group. The treatment group was treated by block therapy with neostigmine at Zusanli （ST 36） plus Tongguan （remove obstruction of urethra） Decoction. The control group was treated by routine method of catheter keeping and opening for discharging urine. Results： The total effective rate was 63.3 % and 93.7 % in control group and treatment group respectively with a significant difference between（ P〈0.01）. The average time of hospitalization was 16±3.3 days and 14±4.3 days in control group and treatment group respectively with a significant difference between （P〈0.05）, Conclusions： The block therapy of point injection with neostigmine at Zusanli （ST 36） plus Tongguan Decoction for oral taking is an effective measure for prevention and treatment of urine retention after radical operation of uterine cervix cancer and it is without any side effect,worth popularizing.
