参芎补肾胶囊治疗血管性痴呆临床疗效的模糊综合评价

摘　　要：目的:评价参芎补肾胶囊治疗轻度血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效。方法:选取符合入选标准的轻度VD患者66例,随机分为治疗组47例,对照组19例。治疗组给予参芎补肾胶囊口服,对照组给予吡拉西坦片(经重新包装为胶囊)口服,疗程2个月。观察其对患者认知能力、日常生活能力、中医证候的模糊综合疗效评价。结果:认知能力疗效,治疗组总有效率74.46%,对照组总有效率68.42%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);日常生活能力疗效,治疗组总有效率80.85%,对照组总有效率78.95%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);中医证候疗效,治疗组总有效率85.11%,对照组总有效率63.16%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。上述三者的模糊综合疗效评价显示,治疗组优于对照组。结论:参芎补肾胶囊对轻度VD患者有较好疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of Shenxiong Bushen （kidney-tonification） Capsules for people with vascular dementia （VD）. Methods： 60 mild VD patients were selected and then randomized into a treatment group of 47 cases and a control group of 19 cases. The former took Shenxiong Bushen Capsules orally while the latter had Piracetam Tablets （administered orally in the form of capsule） for a treatment course of 2 months. Effects on cognition, activities of daily living and Chinese medical syndrome were compared and evaluated. Results： Effects on cognition and activities of daily living were respectively reported with total effectiveness of 74.46 % and 80.85 % for the treatment group in contrast to 68.42 % and 78.95 % for the controls, indicating no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. In Chinese medical syndrome, treatment group achieved total effectiveness of 85.11% in contrast to 63.16% for the control group, pointing to a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Fuzzy synthetic evaluation showed that treatment group achieved better therapeutic effects than the control group did. Conclusion, Shenxiong Bushen Capsules has good effects on mild VD.
