摘　　要：当前我国社会经济快速发展、科学技术突飞猛进，对高职学生的职业能力和综合素质提出了更高的要求。高职院校的教师必须冲破“我说你听”传统的一言堂教学模式，以评估为契机，努力形成新的教育理念，让学生学会如何获取知识。以适应终身学习和学习化社会的要求。With the rapid development of the economy and science in China, college students are required better professional ability and integral quality. Teachers have to break the traditional teaching model ＂I say you listen＂andtry to form a kind of new teaching idea to method, and make students learn how to get knowledge, how to study for all their lives and how to meet the need of society.
