摘　　要：以网线版印刷和实地版印刷套印为案例,对套印过程中表现出的前规线偏差较大故障现象进行了详细分析,明确指出了橡皮滚筒包衬过厚是其根本原因。文中对滚筒包衬的增减与印刷图文宽度尺寸的数据关系作了计算,并提出正确控制实地版印刷压力的方法,供同行参考。The larger deviation of front guide lines in printing was analyzed with the real cases of halftone plate and solid plate color register printing. It was pointed out that the fundamental cause is the thicker liner of blanket cylinder. In addition, the addition and/or reduction of the liner and dimension of printing image in width were calculated, and the right method was presented to control the printing pressure of solid plate, which provided a reference for the coteries.
