女子3000m障碍跑发展趋势及技术难点探析

摘　　要：女子3000m障碍跑已列入奥运会田径正式比赛项目,但我国在该项目上与欧美、非洲等先进国家相比存在较大差距.在分析女子3000m障碍跑的技术特点和发展趋势的基础上,结合女子3000m障碍跑训练过程中的技术难点进行探析,为我国女子3000m障碍跑技术的训练提供建议.Women＇s 3 000 - meter steeplechase project development is very quick, which has included the O- lympic Games track and field regulation game project, but compared with European, American, Africa＇s advanced countries our country in this project an existence bigger disparity. This article analyzes women＇s 3 000 -meter steeplechase technical characteristic, and the development tendency discovers technical difficulty which the women＇s 3 000 -meter Steeplechase provides the reasonable suggestion for our country women＇s 3 000 -meter steeplechase technical training.
