摘 要:目的 探讨磷酸二酯酶(PDE)4D基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中的关系。方法选取121例缺血性脑卒中患者(病例组)和130例健康对照者(对照组),应用等位基因特异性聚合酶链反应(ASPCR)技术筛查PDE4D基因的单碱基多态性(SNP)45和SNP41,应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)结合聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术检测微卫星标记AC008818-1。对资料编码后输入SAS6.12统计软件进行分析。结果病例组中发现1例SNP45和SNP41的双杂合状态,病例组和对照组SNP45、SNP41、AC008818-1多态性比较差异均无统计学意义。结论PDE4D基因SNP45、SNP41和AC008818-1多态性与缺血性脑卒中无关。Objective To investigate the relationship between phosphodiesterase (PDE) 4D gene and isehemie stroke. Methods All 121 isehemie stroke patients (patient group) and 130 controls(control group) were recruited in this study, their single nueleotide polymorphism (SNP) 45 and SNP41 of PDE4D gene were detected by allele specific polymerase chain reaction (ASPCR),and their mierosatellite AC008818-1 was detected by polyaerylamide gel eleetrophoresis following polymerase chain reaction. Data were coded and entered in SAS 6.12 software and were analyzed. Results Double heterozygous state was found in one isehemic stroke patient. For all three polymorphisms, there were no significantly differences between the two groups. Conclusions SNP45,SNP41 and AC008818-1 of PDE4D gene is not associated with isehemie stroke.
