摘　　要：新时期成人高等教育发展已进入一个新的转折点,在新的历史起点上,成人高等教育如何以科学发展观为统领,实现自身的可持续发展,必须在科学定位、特色创新和铸造品牌上下功夫,在不断优化中创造新的辉煌。Adult higher education has entered a new turning point in the new period. At the new historical beginning, adult education must be based on the concept of scientific development, realize sustainable development, to achieve scientific orientation, characteristic creation and create new brand and new magnificence.
