增视能训练软件对儿童共同性斜视术后双眼视功能重建的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨增视能训练软件对儿童共同性斜视术后双眼视功能的恢复与重建作用。方法将84例5-12岁共同性斜视术后,视力≥0.8,斜视矫正治愈的儿童,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例,治疗组应用国家医疗保健器具工程技术研究中心研制的增视能训练软件进行训练,对照组未进行训练,两组对象均应用同视机及Titmus立体视觉检查图检查,检查术后治疗前及治疗后1年的同视机双眼视三级功能和近立体视功能,对结果进行比较分析。结果增视能训练软件训练后的治疗组有三级功能的人数明显多于对照组,具有不同程度近立体视觉者也明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用增视能训练软件对儿童共同性斜视术后进行双眼视功能训练,显著改善了双眼视功能,有助于双眼视功能的恢复与重建。Objective To discuss the restoration and reconstruction effect on visual improvement of visual function training software for binocular vision rebuilding in children with concomitant strabismus after operation. Methods Eighty - four cases with concomitant strabismus after operation and vision greater than or equal to 0.8 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group included 42 cases. All patients in treatment group were applied with visual improvement of visual function training software made by National Medical Healthy Care Appara- tus Engineering Research Center for training. The patients in control group didn ＇t train by this software. All patients in these two groups were checked by synoptophore and stereopsis vision. Binocular triple visual function by synoptophore and stereo - visual function in near distance before and after treatment had been examined, then we compared and analyzed their results. Results The number of patients in treatment group with tri- ple visual function and stereo - visual function in near distance after the training were much more than that in control group. There was significant difference between these two groups. Conclusion By application of visual improvement of visual function training software for binocular vision rebuilding in children with concomitant strabismus after operation, the binocular vision of them is significantly improved, and it is also helpful for restoration and reconstruction of their binocular vision.
