肝络欣丸调节慢性乙型肝炎患者免疫力的作用观察

摘　　要：目的观察肝络欣丸对慢性乙型肝炎患者免疫调节的影响。方法将80例患者随机分为两组，治疗组40例，服用肝络欣丸；对照组40例，服用肝达片。两组疗程均为90天。观察血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA；T淋巴细胞亚群CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD4＋／CD8＋在治疗前後的变化。结果经过治疗後，所观察指标治疗组明显优于对照组，临床症状改善也明显优于对照组，统计学分析均有显着性差异，P〈0．05。结论肝络欣丸是建立在补肾法基础上研制的新药，能明显提高患者机体免疫力。对免疫力低下的慢性乙型肝炎患者，其疗效优于目前按常规机理研制的中成药。Objective To observe the effect of Ganluoxin pill on patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group of 40 patients were given Ganluoxin pill, the control group of 40 patients were given Ganda tablet. All of them were treated for 90 days.Before and after treatment,the serum IgG, IgM,IgA,and T lymphocyte subsets CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋ were determined. Results After treatment,the indications of treatment group were significantly better than the control group,there were significant statistical difference,P〈0.05. Conclusion Ganluoxin pill is a new Chinese medicine of tonifying the kidney, can significantly improve the immunity of the body.Its efficacy for patients with chronic hepatitis B and hypoimmunity is better than other Chinese patent medicine produced by conventional mechanism.
