摘　　要：分析了金与甘氨酸配合作用实验研究中的某些问题，包括甘氨酸的热稳定性，氧逸度的概念，样品管内的压力、样品管材料对实验的影响及配位数的确定。Some problems about the experiments on the complexation between gold and glycine, commentedby Zhou C. et al. (1997), are discussed here, including the thermal-stability of glycine, oxygen fu-gacity, the effects of pressure in the sample tube and of the material of the sample tube on the com-plexation, and the determination of coordination number.
