摘　　要：随着知识经济社会的到来,图书馆面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战,知识服务将成为21世纪图书馆面向未来发展的战略选择.在分析知识服务主要特征的基础上,文章重点讨论了与数字图书馆开展知识服务密切相关的基础设施建设、技术支持、人员素质培养等问题及对策.Along with the coming of knowledge economy,libraries are faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Knowledge service will be the strategic choice for library in the 21st century.This paper analyses the characteristic of knowledge service,discusses the problems of knowledge service in digital library and expounds the ways to carry out knowledge service.
