摘  要:采用高温熔融缓冷和放电等离子烧结工艺制备了p型Ag0.5(Pb8-xSnx)In0.5Te10五元化合物.研究了Sn含量对化合物载流子传输特性及热电性能的影响规律.结果表明:在Ag0.5(Pb8-xSnx)In0.5Te10(x=2,2.5,3,3.5,4)五元化合物中,随着化合物中Sn含量的增加,载流子浓度和电导率增加,载流子迁移率几乎不变,Seebeck系数降低,材料的晶格热导率降低;样品在经过烧结之后,晶格热导率进一步降低.在700K时,Ag0.5Pb5Sn3In0.5Te10烧结样品的热电性能指数ZT值达到1.05.The single-phase p-type Ag0.5(Pb8-xSnx)In0.5Te10 compounds were prepared by melt reaction and spark plasma sintering (SPS). Influences of Sn substitution for Pb on the carrier transport property and thermoelectric properties of the Ag0.5(Pb8-xSnx)In0.5Te10(x =2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4) were investigated. Results indicate that: the carrier concentration and electrical conductivity increase with the increase of Sn substitution fraction x, the carrier mobility remains stable with the increase of x, the Seebeck coefficient and lattice thermal conductivity decrease with the increasing of x. Thermal conductivity decreases further after spark plasma sintering. The dimensionless figure of merit ZT of Ag0.5 (Pb5 Sn3 ) In0.5 Te10 (after SPS) reached a high maximum value of 1.05 at 700 K.
