东晋南朝庐江何氏与皇室之婚媾及其仕宦考述

摘　　要：庐江何氏本为魏晋之际兴起的"小族",及至东晋南朝,其家族门第不断上升,成为门阀社会"高胄"、"荫华"的显赫门第,维系了二百多年的兴盛局面。究其原因,固然非止一端,但关键在于其家族之婚姻与仕宦。就其婚姻而言,自东晋至宋、齐,何氏家族相继与诸皇族联姻,成为士族社会中的外戚世家。这使得何氏家族长期获得皇权的护佑。此外,作为高门士族代表,何氏家族虽不乏风雅名士,但各时期其家族都有致力事功的政治人物,如东晋之何充、刘宋之何尚之、萧梁之何敬容等,从而确立起其家族的政治地位。He family in Lujiang was a poor family that raised in the Wei and Jin Dynasties. The family raised continuously in the Eastern Jin and the Southern Dynasties and became one of the families with high social status. It remained its booming situation for 200 years. The key reason lies in its marriage with royal families and official career. He family became an old and well-known relative family through relating with royal families by marriage from the Eastern Jin Dynasty to the Song and Qi Dynasties. So they got protection from royal families for a long time. In addition,as the representative of aristocratic families, the family had some personages and also had some politicians who dedicated to official career in each period,such as He Chong in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, He Shangzhi in the Liu Song Dynasty, He Jingrong in the Xiao Liang Dynasty, etc.. They established the family＇s political status.
