摘　　要：我国医学院校积极探索建立医事法律交叉学科专业,培养医事法律复合型人才,符合科学教育自身发展规律,适应了我国社会发展的时代需要。培养医事法律复合型人才是一项系统工程,其中科学地确定人才培养目标、人才基本素质和人才培养模式是成功培养医事法律复合型人才的关键。Active exploration launched by medical universities and colleges in China aims to establish an interdisciplinary subject： medical jurisprudence, or the combination of medicine and law. It is in accordance with the law of education science itself as well as meeting the contemporary needs of the capable people in social development.
