摘  要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病并发脑梗死患者血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)的水平及临床意义。方法:采用双抗体酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定30例2型糖尿病并发脑梗死患者(A组)急性期(入院第2天)、恢复期(发病第40天)和30例无脑梗死的2型糖尿病患者(B组)、30例健康体检者(C组)的血清HGF浓度。结果:各组血清HGF浓度比较,A组急性期明显高于B组(t=5.05,P<0.01)和C组(t=8.81,P<0.01),B组亦高于C组(t= 2.41,P<0.05),但A组恢复期与C组比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.97,P>0.05)。结论:HGF作为神经营养因子参与了2型糖尿病并发脑梗死后脑损伤的修复。Objective: To investigate serum levels of Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and its clinical significance in type 2 diabetic patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: The serum levels of HGF in 30 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and acute cerebral infarction (group A), 30 patients with type 2 diabetic patients without cerebral infarction (group B) and 30 healthy persons were examined. Results: The levels of HGF in the patients in group A were significantly higher than those in group B (P〈0.01) and in group C(P〈0.01). The levels of HGF in group B were obviously higher than those in group C (P〈0.05), but without obvious difference between group A in recovery phase and group C(P〉0.05). Conclusion: HGF is related to the pathogenesis of strokes and may reflect the severity of atherosclerosis of type 2 diabetic patients with cerebral infarction.
