摘  要:1000kV交流特高压输电线路电压高、感应电场强、运行维护难度大,为确保带电作业人员的安全和线路运行维护工作的顺利开展,针对其特点研制了带电作业屏蔽服,按照相关标准对其性能进行了测试。并模拟带电作业实际工况进行了屏蔽服内外场强测量、等电位时流经人体电流测量、进出等电位脉冲电流测量。结果表明登塔过程中和等电位作业时,屏蔽服内场强值为0.4~10kV/m,面罩内部场强值为8.4~137kV/m,等电位作业时流经人体的电流值为32μA。证明研制的屏蔽服能够满足1000kV交流特高压输电线路带电作业安全防护要求,制订的1000kV交流特高压输电线路带电作业安全防护措施可为我国特高压输电线路带电作业的安全开展提供技术支持。In accordance with the characteristics of 1 000 kV AC ultra high voltage transmission lines such as the high voltage, strong induced electric field and great difficulty in maintenance, the screening clothes of live working have been developed and tested according to relevant standards. And by simulating actual live working, the electric field intensity inside and outside screening clothes, the electric current through the body of equipotential operators and the impulse current during the potential transferring were measured. During climbing tower and equipotential operating, the electric field intensity inside the screening clothes were 0.4-10 k V/m, and 8.4-137 kV/m inside the mask, and the electric current though the body of equipotential operator was 32 μA. The results indicate that the developed screening clothes meet the requirements of safety protection, and the safety protecting measures could provide technological support for safety guarantee of live working on 1 000 kV AC UHV Transmission lines.
