摘 要:为了给750kV线路的带电检修和维护工作提供技术依据,保证线路带电作业的安全开展,结合官亭—兰州东750kV输电线路的实际,通过计算和分析,得出了线路带电作业时的操作过电压水平;针对带电作业时的各典型工作位置,通过1:1模拟杆塔试验得出了各工作位置的带电作业操作冲击放电特性,并根据线路处于高海拔地区的特点进行了海拔校正。在此基础上,通过带电作业危险率的计算和分析,研究确定了750kV输电线路带电作业安全距离。研究结果可为750kV输电线路的工程设计和带电作业提供技术依据。750 kV AC transmission lines are the highest voltage class transmission lines now in service in China. To provide technical parameters and ensure the safety for the live working on 750 kV AC transmission lines, the minimum approach distance was researched. According to the conditions of 750 kV AC pilot transmission line from Guantin to Lanzhoudong which was called Guan-Lan line and the line from Lanzhou to Guanzhong via Pingliang which was called Lan-Pin-Guan line, such as the tower types, the line parameters, the power flows, and the equipments configurations etc. , by calculating and analyzing, the switching over-voltage level of the lines was determined. By experiments on 1 : 1 ratio model tower, the switching impulse flashover characteristics of different typical live working positions on outer phase, middle phase and tension string of 750 kV AC transmission lines were obtained, and then corresponding altitude correction was done because the line locates in high altitude area. Corespondingly, the risk rate of live working was calculated and analyzed, and the minimum approach distance for live working on 750 kV AC transmission line was researched and determined. The results of this experimental investigation provide technical support and reference for live working on 750 kV AC transmission line.
