胃癌患者外周血中基质金属蛋白酶-9的临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）在胃癌患者外周血中的含量及临床意义。方法：本研究采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法检测51例胃癌患者2、9例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者、31例健康者和29例胃癌术后6~12月的随访者外周血中的MMP-9的含量,探讨其在胃癌的诊断、治疗及预后判断中的临床意义。结果：胃癌患者外周血中MMP-9的含量明显高于其在健康者及慢性萎缩性胃炎患者中的含量;胃癌患者外周血中MMP-9的含量与胃癌的临床分期及预后明显相关,而与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小及分化程度无关;手术前后胃癌患者外周血中MMP-9的含量具有显著性差异。结论：检测外周血中MMP-9的浓度对胃癌的诊断、治疗、预后评估及监测病情的进展有重要意义。Objective： To investigate the level and clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinase- 9（ MMP-9）in plasma of patients with gastric cancer. Methods. Plasma level of matrix metalloproteinase - 9 was detected in 51 patients with gastric cancer,29 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,31 normal peoples and 29 patients with gastric cancer which had been cut away six to twelve months ago by ABC - ELISA method. The relationship between them and clinical significance of gastric Cancer in its treatment,diagnosis and prognois evaluation is analyzed. Results： The lever of MMP - 9 in plasma of gastric cancer group is higher than normal group and chronic atrophic gastritis;The lever of MMP-9 in gastric cancer patients＇ plasma is correlated with stage and prognosis, but no correlation with the sex,age ,size of tumour and degrees of differentiation; Preoperative and postoperative levies of MMP - 9 in plasma of gastric cancer group are obviously different; The lever of between MMP - 9 in plasma of gastric cancer group also has some correlation; Conclusion： The detection of MMP - 9 in plasma of patients with gastric cancer has greatly clinical significance in gastric cancer patients＇ treatment,diagnosis,prognois evaluation and monitoring.
