无菌接种器具快速消毒装置的研究初报

摘　　要：利用实用新型专利CN200620080704.5"无菌操作接种器具快速消毒装置"的实验型样品与酒精灯进行了升温速度、最高温度值及灭菌效果的比较,结果表明该装置在500瓦下升温速度快,加热8s时镊子温度可达330℃,可以有效灭菌。而酒精灯升温速度慢,效率低,直到16s时才能有效灭菌。该研究为进一步改进专利提供了实验依据。Comparisons with elevation of temperature and sterilization effect between the sample product of the utility model patent （ CN200620080704.5 ） and alcohol burner was studied in this article. The result indicated that this utility model＇s elevation of temperature was very fast when working at 500 Walt .After 3s tweezers could be heated at 330 ℃ and sterilized effectively. While the alcohol burner’s heating speed was very slow. The tweezers could not be effectively sterilized until heated by alcohol burner for 16s .The study provided the experimental basis for further improvement for this utility model.
