摘 要:目的比较不同日光暴露对皮肤颜色参数的影响。方法选取市区和郊县10~70岁年龄段的女性,采用问卷调查日光暴露状况,皮肤色度仪测量皮肤的L值和b值,皮肤黑色素和血色素测量仪测量皮肤的黑色素值(melanin index,MI)。比较市区和郊县不同日光暴露状况颜色参数之间的差异。同时,分析随年龄增长,皮肤颜色参数的变化趋势以及各年龄段之间的差异。结果市区组和郊县组日光暴露状况30~70岁差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001)。郊县组各颜色参数均与年龄有较好的相关性,而市区组只有眼角的各颜色参数与年龄有相关性(P〈0.01)。随年龄增长,颜色参数从50~70岁市区组和郊县组之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在郊县组,L值从10岁开始升高,30岁以后开始下降。前额、眼角和上臂外侧的L值青年段(20岁和30岁年龄段)与年长段(50岁、60岁和70岁年龄段)之间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论颜色参数从一定程度上反映了日光暴露状况,眼角是日光暴露比较敏感的部位之一,随年龄增长颜色参数的变化有一定的规律性。Objective To study the effects of ultraviolet radiation on parameters of skin color. Methods The female subjects from city and suburb aged from 10 to 70 years were recruited in this study. The questionnaire was used to collect the information of sun-exposure condition. The L values and b values were measured by a chromameter. The MI value was measured by a mexameter. The differences of skin color parameters were compared between subjects come from suburb and city. The trends of color parameters were changed and the difference between each age group were analyzed. Results There were significant sun-exposure differences between subjects come from city and suburb from 30 years old to 70 years old. There were good correlations between each skin color parameter and age of suburb subjects (P〈0.01). There were good correlations between skin color parameters and age only at periocular area of city subjects (P〈0.01). With aging, there were significant differences (P〈0.05) between subjects from suburb and city from 50 years old to 70 years old. At suburb group, L value at 10 years old was began to increase, and to decrease from 30 years old. There were significant differences (P〈0.05) between young age groups (20 and 30 years old) and elder age groups (50 years old, 60 years old and 70 years old) at forehead, periocular and inner upper arm areas. Conclusion The skin color parameters could be an index of sun-exposure condition. Periocular area is one of the sensitive areas to sun-exposure. With aging, the changes of skin color parameter have its own characters.
