摘　　要：论述建设我国生物医学信息资源保障体系的重要意义,研究比较国内外生物医学信息资源保障体系建设的现状,针对国内存在的主要问题和不足,从注重基础理论研究、加强信息资源开发与服务、构建新型保障模式、建立有效的管理体制和运行机制等方面提出我国生物医学信息资源保障体系建设的战略构想,并拟定相关的实施步骤。This paper discusses the significances of establishing biomedical information-ensuring system in China, studies and compares the internal and overseas＇ status of biomedical information-ensuring systems＇ building. Aiming at the main internal problems and shortages of system, the paper presents the strategic conceptions of establishing biomedical information-ensuring system in China from concentrating on basic theory research, strengthening the exploitation and service of information resource, building new ensuring mode, establishing effective management system and new ensuring mod and establishing effective management system and running mechanism, The paper also gives related implementing steps.
