底材性能对粘结固体润滑膜磨损寿命的影响

摘  要:采用含纳米Al2O3材料的粘结固体润滑膜分别对LF6基体阳极氧化膜与多弧离子镀Ti(C,N)/TiN六层多元多层膜进行了表面粘结处理,形成了固体润滑膜/阳极氧化膜/LF6基体及固体润滑膜/多元多层膜/LF6基体两种不同中间层的复合膜层体系,对比考察了这两种复合膜层体系的摩擦学性能。结果表明:该两种复合膜层体系均经过1000m的磨程后,固体润滑膜/阳极氧化膜体系中15.2μm厚的固体润滑膜绝大部分被磨掉,而固体润滑膜/多元多层膜体系中固体润滑膜由原来的14.0μm磨至10.0μm,仅磨掉了4.0μm,后者的磨损寿命明显高于前者的磨损寿命,说明固体润滑膜的磨损寿命与底材的性能密切相关:底材硬度越高、耐磨性越好,固体润滑膜的磨损寿命越长。Anodic oxide film and multi-arc ion plating Ti(C,N)/TiN six-layer multi-element film on LF6 substrates were prepared by bonded solid lubrication film with nano-scaled A1203 particles and the tribological performances of the two kinds of composite films were examined. The results showed that the 15.2 I-tm thick solid lubrication film on the anodic oxide film were nearly worn out to zero, while the 14.0 gm thick solid lubrication film on the multi-element-layer film were worn out only 4.0 I-tm. It was found that the wear-life of solid lubrication film was related closely with the hardness of its supporting substrates: the higher the hardness of its supporting substrates, the longer the wear-life of the solid lubrication film.
