摘 要:目的了解心理虐待与忽视经历对儿童自我意识的影响,以探寻适宜的父母养育行为。方法采用儿童心理虐待与忽视调查表、儿童自我意识量表,对随机抽取的心理虐待与忽视阳性组132名与阴性组312名儿童进行对照研究。结果2组心理虐待与忽视和儿童自我意识存在显著的负相关(-0.413〈r〈-0.0099),且阴性组行为、智力与学校情况、躯体外貌与属性、焦虑、合群、幸福与满足的得分均高于阳性组(-6.294〈Z〈-2.166),均差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论对父母责骂、恐吓、干涉、情感忽视、教育忽视、躯体/监督忽视等行为进行积极干预,有利于提高儿童自我意识的水平。Objective To comprehend the influence of children psychological abuse and neglect on chil- dren' s self-concept, in order to find eligible parental rearing behaviors. Methods Four hundred and sixty two primary-middle school students were investigated with Child Psychological abuse and neglect Scale(CPANS) , and Children's self-concept Scale(CSCS). One hundred and thirty-two students experiencing psychological abuse and neglect and three hundred and twelve controls were analyzed by means of CSCS. Results Significant negative cor- relation were found between psychological abuse and neglect and the children' s self-concept ( - 0. 413 〈 r 〈 - 0.099 ), furthermore, the score of behaviors, intelligence and academic condition, somato-physiognomy and attribute, anxiety, gregariousness, and well-being and satisfaction were significantly higher than masculine groups(-6.294〈Z 〈-2.166, P〈0.05). Conclusion Scold, menace, interference, affection neglect, education neglect, somato-supervising are risk factors to children' s self-concept. Positive intervention would make it easy for parents to promote the self-concept level of children.
