非小细胞肺癌内血管内皮生长因子的RT-PCR表达测定

摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中VEGF mRNA的表达特点。方法应用RT-PCR方法,检测56例非小细胞肺癌组织和10例良性肺肿瘤组织及正常肺组织的VEGF mRNA的表达情况,并分析其与病理特征之间的关系。结果VEGF mRNA在正常肺组织及良性肺肿瘤组织几乎无阳性表达,而在非小细胞肺癌中84.56%有阳性表达;VEGFmRNA在不同组织类型肿瘤中的表达无统计学差异;在临床分期III期的肿瘤中VEGFmRNA的表达量与临床分期II、I期的肿瘤相比明显过表达,两两组间对比存在统计学差异。结论VEGFmRNA在多数肺部恶性肿瘤中呈现阳性表达,且随肿瘤临床分期的增高而增高,与肿瘤的组织类型无关。Objective Inorder to discuss the expression characters of VEGF mRNA in non-small cell lung cancerr（NSCLE）. Methods The expression of VEGFmRNA in 56 patients with NSCLC , 10 patients with benign tumors and normal lung tissues were examine by method of RT-PCR, and analyse the rehfionship between the expression character of VEGF mRNA and pathologic character.Results there was almost no positive expression of VEGFmRNA in normal lung cancer and benign tumors,but the positive expression of VEGFmRNA in non-small cell lung cancer could be found in 32 cases（84.56%）. There was no statistical significance expression of VEGFmRNA between different pathological tissue types and the statistical significance could be found in different clinical stages. Conclusion VEGFmRNA could be found positive expression in malignant tumor of lung, and it could increase with high clinical stages.
