摘  要:目的评价MTA、玻璃离子水门汀、复合树脂3种根尖倒充填材料根尖封闭性能。方法60颗实验牙沿釉牙骨质界截冠,冷侧压法充填根管后,切除根尖3mm。实验组超声倒预备3mm,分别以MTA、玻璃离子水门汀、复合树脂做倒充填,固化后上段取出牙胶。对照组保留根尖3mm牙胶。连接于改良葡萄糖定量检测微渗漏模型,分别在1、2、4、7、10、15、20、30d测定从冠方向根方渗漏的葡萄糖的量。结果MTA、玻璃离子水门汀、复合树脂3种材料葡萄糖渗漏量均小于0.60μl/24h,从第4d起,MTA的渗漏量显著低于玻璃离子水门汀和复合树脂(P<0.05)。结论MTA、玻璃离子水门汀、复合树脂3种材料短期内的根尖封闭性均较好,MTA优于其它两种材料。Objective To evaluate the sealing ability of MTA, ionomer cement, and composite resin as root-end filling materials. Methods The coronal portions of 60 fresh extracted single-rooted teeth were removed. All canals were obturated with lateral condensation technique, and a 3 mm apical resection was performed. Root-end preparations were made using a ultrasonic retro-tip in the experimental groups. All the experimental groups were obturated respectively with MTA, glass ionomer cement, and composite resin in combination with a dentine bonding system. All the gutta-percha in the canals were then removed but remained in the canals in the control groups. Leakage was evaluated by measuring the concentration of leaked glucose in apical reservoir at 1, 2, 4, 7, 10, 15, 20, and 30 days. Results The leaked glucose from all the 3 root-end filling materials was less than 0. 60 μl/24 h, and from the forth day on the leakage level in MTA was significantly less than that in the other two materials. Conclusion All the three materials have good sealing ability within short tenn. MTA was superior to the other two materials in this respect.
