摘　　要：随着经济的发展和科技的进步,要求高职教育的专业课教师不能只是纯学者型、教学型的,而是通教学、通生产科技、通经济的综合性人才。既要有丰富的理论知识,又要有动手操作和科技推广能力,还要有经营能力和市场意识。本文分析了"双师型"With the development and progress of our society, the function of Higher vocational education which is combined tightly and directly with economic construction is becoming more and more important.
